Learn Green At NCCU Conference
Want to help shape how North Carolina will take steps toward a just and green economy?
A green conference will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 20 at NCCU in Durham.
Public officials, private enterprises, educational institutions, community organizations, and citizen stakeholders will convene at North Carolina Central University to take steps toward creating just, green economies throughout North Carolina.
Speakers include The Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II, President of the North Carolina Conference of the NAACP and Majora Carter, Founder of Sustainable South Bronx.
